Intervention groups of two to the Madonna Della Rocchetta Alpine

The church of the Madonna della Rocchetta is to have an ambivalence administrative / religion that involves two municipalities, two provinces (beyond the Adda, the alpine province of Bergamo), and two different parishes. And this summer saw two groups of two alpine different sections involved in the recovery and future maintenance of the surrounding area. The church is small and is located in the territory of Paderno d'Adda but is attributable to the parish of Porto d'Adda and the feast falls on Easter Monday on the day of the Angel and is situated on the river Adda in a strategic position at one time.
For years the local tourist board are exploiting this stretch of river that is extraordinarily beautiful, like a mountain stream, Leonardo da Vinci drew, among other things, the background of the Virgin of the Rocks, there are historical artifacts and industrial archeology, not to mention the bridge Paderno.
In the context of this development involving various alpine associations, the two groups, in alphabetical order Cornate d'Adda (Section Monza), and Paderno d'Adda (Lecce Section) were invited to give their contributed and have made willingly load area surrounding the church of the Madonna della Rocchetta.
The church is located on a spur between the river and the ship designed by Leonardo (see Code Atlantic) and is reached by a flight of several steps. It looks like a mountain church with the two sides to the sides of the river slightly surpass in height. For us at the foot of the Alpine foothills to the summit which is a small rise.
The first intervention was certainly the most challenging in their organization, in the sense that the components of the two groups were found for the first time to work together, expect the good will has helped to overcome.
Intervention is like one of those Civil Defence sectional where alpine and friends from different groups are working together with chain saws, hedge trimmers, pruning knives, sickles, rakes, many potential new volunteers for the civil protection of the two sections. This first
common purpose will surely the basis for future joint initiatives between groups more or less adjacent to join forces and get even better results for our association that are transformed in the wake of what is transmitted by our founders, in service to our beautiful Italy and its people.
It would be also a religious celebration to be held annually in this small church on the day of St. Mauritius or on the day the beatification of Don Carlo Gnocchi with the involvement of the two groups and the two sections, nothing to do with pilgrimages to the landmarks, but also to the foot of the Alps we reach the little church down the path from the banks of the Adda and going on spur between the river and canal.
